T16 Battery – Powered Rider Scrubber

The Customer or its duly authorised agent does hereby apply for credit facilities with the Company and in consideration thereof the Customer does hereby irrevocably accept the terms and conditions below.

The Customer hereby authorises the Company to conduct all verification checks, including but not limited to credit bureaux searches, bank code requests and trade reference checks. The Customer Consents to the collecting and processing of the Customer’s personal information by the Company, to open, administer and operate the Customer’s account; to provide any combination of services linked to the Customer’s account; and to monitor and analyse the conduct on the Customer’s account for credit, fraud, compliance and other risk-related purposes.

The Customer expressly consents that the Company may process such information within its corporate group for the above purposes, and that the Company may disclose, as necessary, such information to any person who provides services to the Company, acts as the Company’s agent or service provider, or to whom the Company has transferred or intends to transfer any of its rights and obligations in respect of this Agreement. The Customer is providing its personal information voluntarily to the Company.

The Signatory hereby binds himself/herself as surety and co-principal debtor in solidum with the Customer in favour of the Company for the due performance of any obligation of the Customer and for the payment to the Company by the Customer of any amounts which may now or at any time be or become owing to the Company by the Customer.
