AN Wilson (Neil)
AN Wilson (Neil)Chief Executive Officer – Goscor Group
Neil joined the Goscor Group of Companies in early 2008 as the Group Finance Director. A qualified Chartered Accountant CA (SA), Neil studied at UCT and then completed his articles at Deloitte & Touche.

Neil started his career at the asset management business called Melville Douglas which he was MD of for a number of years. This business was acquired by Standard Bank in 2001. As a Director Neil held leadership positions within Standard Bank, being appointed as Director and Head of Private Banking and Wealth in 2006. Neil was appointed as CEO of Goscor in 2010 and became CEO of Bud Industrial Services in 2019.

Victor Nemukula
Victor NemukulaManaging Director
Victor Joined Shumani Industrial Equipment as a Managing Director in February 2015. He studied at the University of Venda and the University of the Western Cape between 1989 and 1995. Victor completed a Master in Business Leadership (MBL) from UNISA Graduate School of Business (GSB) in 2011.

He started his career in Advertising in 1995 at Independent Newspapers before working for Hunt Lascaris in 1997, MTN in 1998 and Tedcor in 2007 in different positions. The last company he worked for was Tedcor Group (Pty) Ltd where he was Group Executive: Sales and Marketing where he spent nearly 8 years.

Victor was appointed Executive Director for Shumani in February 2015. Victor is a health fanatic with a passion – road running. He has run numerous marathons and ultramarathons including Comrades Marathon.

Shaun Morton
Shaun MortonOperations Director
Shaun joined Shumani from Goscor Lift Truck Company (GLTC), where he was the National Rental Director at the time of his departure. Morton, who holds a National Diploma in Production Business Management, has been in the forklift business since 1996. He was introduced to the industry by his father, who, when he joined the family business operated a fleet of eighteen rental forklifts.

His role at Shumani entails managing the operations of the business and accomplishing goals that promote company growth. He also oversees the sales functions of the business nationally.

Shaun believes in teamwork, efficiency and removing obstacles to productivity, deploying talent strategically and building a culture of accountability.

Kabelo Tleane
Kabelo TleaneFinancial Manager
Kabelo joined the Goscor Group of Companies in December 2018 as the Group Financial Manager handling multiple accounts, including Shumani Industrial Equipment.

He is a qualified Chartered Accountant CA(SA). He completed his undergraduate studies at the University of Pretoria, and the Honours degree with UNISA.

His career started at Eskom where he completed his articles. Kabelo also held various finance roles in both the public and private sector where he gained exposure to group reporting, tax, and financial accounting.

Sbu Qholosha
Sbu QholoshaOperations Manager
Sbu is a versatile experienced Executive with 20 years general management experience, with a strong leaning on Operations management.

After studying Chemical Engineering and a Diploma in Production Management from Production Management Institute. He started his working career at Unilever in Durban, where he spent more than 10 years in different roles including management position in manufacturing and People Development.

After leaving Unilever he joined Nampak, the packaging company, where he held different roles from People Development Manager to HR Director for a period of 6 years. Eager to get back to into Operations he left Nampak and joined Ingersoll Rand, a multinational compressor company, where he ended up running the Operations of the business and gaining international experience.

General Manager opportunity at Group Five, Plant and Equipment Division offered varied business and commercial experience for a solid 6 years. Where he ran a business that fabricated, sold and rented equipment to the Construction industry.

After leaving Group Five he took a break from Corporate to start a Family business with family members, which involved setting up distributor agreements and establishing a full operational and trading office.

Once the assignment was complete he went back to corporate jointing Toolquip & Allied as an Operations Director. Toolquip & Allied was bought by Man-Dirk a subsidiary of the Invicta Holdings where he is now responsible for Group Operations in the newly formed Industri Tools and Equipment company.
